- Students are advised to check all the personal particulars are accurate in the database through the student information system (portal)
will not responsible for any mistake due to misinformation.

- Your name, as it is recorded on your student academic record, will be displayed on the
scroll. If you have recently changed your name in your identity card/passport, please fill
up change of information in personal biodata by downloading the form at Change of
Information. In Personal Biodata Form. Kindly check the changes one (1) week after the
date of application.

- AMAD will not entertain any request for change of name on the scroll, for any request
submitted less than 2 months from the date of university convocation.
